  • 1.How to log in

    Access the Faculty Homepage (https://faculty.ustb.edu.cn/​), click Login to Backend at the top right corner, and log in via Unified Identity Authentication

  • 2.How to create a research group homepage

    Log in to the backend, click Switch Application at the top right corner, and a prompt box will pop up. Switch to the Research Group Homepage and agree to the agreement, then click Next, fill in and submit the application information for the Research Group Homepage; the system will conduct an automatic review upon completion

  • 3.Research Group Homepage

    The Research Group Homepage includes: Homepage, Basic Information Management, Content Management, Template Management, Column Management, System Configuration

  • 4.My Homepage

    Used to display basic access statistics of the research group homepage and notifications sent by the platform.

  • 5.Basic Information Management

    After logging in to Basic Information Management, some basic information of the research group will be displayed on the left side of the page (Basic Information Settings, Research Group Introduction, Group Leader, Affiliated School, Research Interests, Team Members, Other Contact Information, QR Code Settings, etc.). QR Code Settings: Scan the QR code to access the mobile version of the research group homepage. In QR Code Settings, you can set the background color, center logo of the QR code, and the thumbnail for WeChat sharing.

  • 6.Content Management

    This module is mainly used to maintain materials such as paper achievements, patent achievements, research fields, research projects, award information, etc.Main operations: add, batch add, delete, sort, save sorting, Excel export and import, edit, etc.

  • 7.Template Management

    Template Management The Template Management interface displays all system templates. Under each template preview, users can see two options: Preview and Use This Template. Click Update. Since the homepage has been privatized in the system, changes to the template homepage will not be automatically synchronized to each research group’s homepage. Administrators must perform a manual update. Click Set Content Columns, select the columns to be displayed in the corresponding content area in the operation section, and click Save. The page will refresh, and you can preview the template display effect. Click Preview to view the style of the template homepage.Click Use This Template to confirm that you have selected this template. Templates are divided into Chinese templates and English templates.Each template has a corresponding mobile version template. Tips After selecting a template, you only need to maintain the columns and content of your personal homepage.

  • 8.Section Management

    Section Management is mainly used for information maintenance such as adding, deleting, sorting, and modifying sections.Once the sections are created, they are applicable to both the PC version and mobile version of the homepage

    Click System Configuration to switch to the system configuration interface
